Guests can report problems and check for lost and found items at this location. The Customer Service window is located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 106. Chairs, folding chairs, camp chairs, and the like, are not permitted to be brought into the park. Blankets are permitted to be brought into the park for berm seating and for the General Admission Infield Area. General Admission Stadium seating has access to roam the stadium and take advantage of a variety of first-come, first-served sitting and viewing areas including the grass outfield berm behind the stage, the Tiki Bar, and various concourse high-tops and picnic tables. The Phillies reserve the right to search any and all bags entering the ballpark. Guests may discard or return the prohibited items to their vehicle.
